Brad is a market intelligence and strategic research leader who helps organizations make better business decisions through customer insight, market/competitive intelligence and geopolitical analysis. A Ph.D. trained anthropologist, he combines analytical rigor with executive advisory experience to support corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and informed decision-making.
Throughout his career, he has transformed complex market intelligence into practical recommendations. In addition to understanding customer behavior through b2c and b2b research, he has built enterprise research capability, supported business development, mergers & acquisitions, and supply chain analysis. His unique background in anthropology allows him to not only understand what is happening in markets, but why it is happening.
Previously to business anthropology, Brad was a medical anthropologist with extensive experience in applied research in public health topics, such as behavior-change education in ambiguous spaces, patient satisfaction at urban health clinics, doctor / patient communication, and patient-centered understanding of illness experience and health-promoting behavior.
